This course covers aligning work activities with employees’ energy levels, structuring gatherings to allow engagement at different levels, how to design recovery activities to help introverted team members avoid burnout, and insights on how to help your extroverted colleagues adapt to more introverted work styles.

  • Coaching New Hires: Welcoming a new team member can involve excitement and nerves—on both sides. This course helps managers find ways to help new team members acclimate to their new responsibilities, workplace, culture, technology, and more. Learn how to align their new role with existing strengths and vision for success, map their first 90 days and the next year of growth and impact.

  • Coaching New Managers: Few changes are as challenging as the shift from individual contributor to manager. Jenny helps those whose job it is to support this role—manager of managers, HR—by offering a plan of action to help new managers make the big leap into their new role. She covers the importance of helping new managers form a mindset that prioritizes outcome over individual contributions, how to help new managers build confidence, and foster experimentation. Help acclimate new managers and shift their focus from working in the team, to working on the team.


  • Pivot Train-the-Trainer Program: Scale Pivot Programs within your organization. Certify select team-members to deliver Pivot internally, with all the resources they need to facilitate and present two tracks: for employees and for managers. TTT includes a detailed facilitator guide, slide deck, and handouts for participants.

  • Format—Virtual or In-Person: TTT can be delivered virtually, as can the subsequent trainings your certified trainers deliver. Pivot sessions can be easily adapted to fit a variety of formats and duration; for example, 15-minute team-building exercises to one-hour lunch-and-learns to half-day development sessions.

  • Benefits: This option allows you to scale Pivot within your organization, while piloting with smaller groups to start (compared to full licensing below); leverages internal knowledge and experience while providing professional growth opportunities for internal Pivot trainers and participants.

  • Investment: Pay per certified trainer (minimum 5 for each Train-the-Trainer session), and per attendee (minimum 200 participants to start, billed up front; remainder billed quarterly in arrears).

Pivot Licensing

  • Co-brand all materials such as slides and Pivot Toolkit, incorporating your internal resources, frameworks, and career development materials into a customized training and/or self-coaching resource hub for employees and managers.

  • The full licensing packages includes unlimited rollout: unlimited trainers (TTT is recommended but not required), unlimited participants, and unlimited digital workbook distribution).

  • Benefit: The Pivot Method® (and mindset) can quickly become the go-to career development framework within your organization, with shared language between managers and their team members to talk about growth (even within one’s role). Flexible enough to support a variety of internal applications. This is the most scalable option with the least logistics, although requires a larger up-front investment.

  • Investment: Quoted individually based on organization size and agreement duration.
