Nicole Patterson
Nikki is an experienced facilitator and coach that loves partnering with leaders and teams to define success, build alignment and take action.
Nikki has over 15 years of experience in meeting facilitation, team effectiveness, live and virtual training, leadership development, organization effectiveness consulting and coaching. Nikki spent over 11 years at Google, most recently as a career and leadership coach and organizational consultant supporting Google’s top leadership in organization change, team effectiveness, leadership development. Previous to consulting at Google, Nikki built and deployed sales and training programs globally in Google’s advertising business. Nikki was also the Director of Talent Management and Organization Development at an edtech company called 2U before starting her own consulting practice in 2019.
Nikki’s clients span numerous industries, but many have been in the high tech sector, including senior leadership and founders, engineering, product management, sales and customer success. Nikki has also worked in religious and non-profit sectors. Nikki is the founder and CEO of Red Oaks Leadership. Red Oaks Leadership specializes in building team and individual effectiveness. They partner with teams to improve performance by developing team capacity to adapt, change, and thrive in rapidly changing, complex ecosystems.
Nikki was part of the inaugural Pivot Career Fundamentals facilitator inside of Google and led many sessions until she left the company in 2019. Since then, Nikki has been an active Pivot coach.
