JIM TAIGMAN
I have seen enough success and failure of individuals managing up, down, and through their co-workers to know that great leaders succeed by knowing their own strengths and blind spots. Improving this self-awareness is a vital component in pivoting to something new - be it a career/job change or even a new role in the organization. Through powerful questioning, and observations of not only what you say, but the emotion and body language behind what you say, we will work to break through those barriers getting in your way. Let’s go!
Fun Fact: I love watching a good movie – or even a not-so-good movie. Give me a bowl of popcorn or a box of chewy candy and I’m all set - I enjoy the entire movie watching experience!
