These days it seems our relationship with time is itself in flux. Change is accelerating, while the rest of our outer life slows down or speeds up depending on the day.
That theme keeps emerging on various calls and podcasts these last few days: don't miss the chance to slow down, pause, rest, reflect, and transform. It would be so easy to fill our calendars right back up with Virtual Everything and 24/7 Streaming, ignoring the call to evolve within us, especially given the discomfort that can create. Consider:
How can you create even more space during this time?
What is sheltering at home giving you permission to say no to (that you're relieved and delighted about!), and how might that inform future work and choices?
What activities are still draining you, and do you have a chance to shift or drop them?
I'm debating a "no new events" in May moratorium myself as I see how quickly the days fill β with connection, yes β but not necessarily the deep work and quiet I'm also craving.
On another note, big thanks to all who clarified the difference between the two government programs for SBA's . . . it's all unfolding so quickly I only discovered after sending my last message that they were two different things :)
