Pivot with Jenny Blake
Podcast Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a Pivot podcast interview, I confirm that:

Jenny Blake, Jenny Blake Enterprises, LLC, and their successors and assigns (collectively, “Jenny”), may record my voice and use my voice, name, and image as part of my appearance on the Pivot podcast and/or the Free Time podcast (collectively, the “Podcast”).
Jenny may distribute, edit (for clarity and length), and publish my appearance on the Podcast indefinitely. I waive any ownership rights I might have in my appearance. If I have a concern or edit request regarding my episode, I may contact the Podcast team to request changes.
Jenny may quote from my appearance on the Podcast with proper attribution; if the quotes will be included in a book, she will seek written permission beforehand.
I will hold Jenny harmless and indemnify her against any claim of intellectual property infringement or any claim that my appearance on the Podcast was otherwise unlawful, harmful, or injurious.
I will receive no compensation from appearing on the Podcast, or any subsequent use of my appearance. My consideration is the visibility I receive from my appearance on the Podcast, the sufficiency of which I acknowledge and agree.
This agreement is the complete understanding regarding my appearance and is governed by New York State law, without regard to any conflict of law, and I agree to binding mediation for the purpose of settling and resolving any dispute.
